What You'll Do:
- Prepare and reset dining rooms for all meal services, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup
- Assist with timely meal service while providing courteous, compassionate support to residents and staff
- Support food preparation alongside the cook, including special meals and events
- Verify diet trays prior to distribution to ensure accuracy and compliance with dietary needs
- Clear, sanitize, and reset dining areas promptly after meal services
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information while delivering respectful, resident-centered care
What You'll Need:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to follow instructions, make independent decisions, and accept feedback
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff, and the public
- Physical stamina to perform assigned duties
